Sequence Enrollment Triggers
The most powerful use of visitor intelligence in a CRM workflow is automatic sequence enrollment — getting identified accounts into the right outreach sequence without any rep action. This lesson covers how to configure it.
The Enrollment Trigger Types
High-intent page trigger: When an identified ICP-fit account visits your pricing or demo page, immediately enroll the primary contact in your high-intent sequence. This is the highest-priority trigger — it should fire within minutes of the visit.
Return visit trigger: When an identified account that completed a sequence without replying visits your site again, enroll them in a re-engagement sequence. The return visit is the signal that timing has changed.
New identification trigger: When a new ICP-fit account is identified for the first time, enroll in your standard visitor intelligence outreach sequence. This is the default workflow for all new accounts passing your ICP filter.
HubSpot Sequence Enrollment via Workflow
In HubSpot, create a contact-based workflow triggered by a Kopimore-synced property change (e.g., "Kopimore Last Visit Page" changes to include "pricing"). Action: Enroll contact in sequence "Visitor Intelligence — Pricing Page." Add a condition: only enroll if "HS Sequence Membership" is not already active (to prevent double-enrollment).
Preventing Over-Enrollment
The most common automation mistake is enrolling the same contact in multiple sequences simultaneously, or re-enrolling someone who replied. Build explicit unenrollment logic: if the contact responds to any email, logs a meeting, or creates a deal, remove them from all active sequences immediately.
- High-intent page trigger → enroll in high-priority sequence within minutes, not hours
- Always check for existing sequence enrollment before adding — prevent double-enrollment
- Build explicit unenrollment triggers: replied, meeting booked, or deal created
- Return visit triggers re-engagement with fresh context — don't use the same sequence from the first enrollment
