ICP Filtering in Kopimore

You've built your ICP model. Now it's time to wire it into Kopimore so that your dashboard surfaces only the accounts worth acting on — automatically, without manual review.

The Filter Configuration Interface

In your Kopimore dashboard, navigate to Settings → Visitor Filters. You'll see a visual filter builder with three categories: Company Attributes, Visit Behavior, and Lists. Each category supports multiple conditions that can be combined with AND/OR logic.

Company Attribute Filters

Set your firmographic baseline here. Configure:

  • Industry: Select from the dropdown list (Kopimore uses SIC/NAICS codes internally but shows human-readable labels)
  • Employee count: Set minimum and maximum values
  • Country/Region: Select your target geographies
  • Revenue range: Available for accounts where this data is enriched

Visit Behavior Filters

Layer intent on top of firmographics:

  • Pages visited: Require or exclude specific page URLs or URL patterns
  • Session count: Filter for accounts with 2+ sessions (return visitors)
  • Session duration: Set a minimum time-on-site threshold
  • Pages per session: Filter for accounts that explored multiple pages

Exclusion Lists

Upload a list of domains to exclude: existing customers, known competitors, investor firms, and any accounts already in active sales cycles. Kopimore cross-references this list against identified companies and suppresses them from your dashboard and alerts.

Saving and Testing Your Filter

Save your filter configuration, then switch to the Last 30 Days view to see what accounts would have appeared under these settings. If you're seeing fewer than 3 accounts per day that you'd actually reach out to, loosen the filter. If you're seeing more than 20 per day, tighten it.

Key Takeaways
  • Use AND logic for firmographic attributes (all must match), OR logic for intent signals
  • Always configure an exclusion list to suppress customers and competitors
  • Target 5–15 ICP-filtered accounts per day — more than that degrades outreach quality
  • Test your filter against last 30 days of data before going live
