Dynamic Account Lists
Static account lists go stale. The company that was a perfect ICP fit 6 months ago may have been acquired, changed direction, or already purchased a competitor. Dynamic account lists — which update automatically as signals change — keep your prospecting queue current without manual maintenance.
What Makes a List Dynamic
A dynamic account list is defined by criteria, not a static set of records. Any account that meets the criteria is automatically included; any account that no longer meets them is automatically excluded. As signals change (a company raises funding, starts visiting your site, or changes employee count), their list membership updates accordingly.
Building Dynamic Lists in Your CRM
In HubSpot, dynamic lists are called "Active Lists" — they automatically update based on property criteria you define. Sync Kopimore data to HubSpot company properties and build active lists that include: "industry = [target] AND employee count between X and Y AND Kopimore Visit Date within 30 days." This list updates automatically as Kopimore identifies new accounts.
In Salesforce, use "Dynamic Report Types" or "Flow-updated fields" to create account views that update based on Kopimore-synced data.
Segmenting Dynamic Lists by Priority
Build three dynamic list tiers: Priority 1 (account score 80+, visited in last 7 days), Priority 2 (score 50-79, or visited in last 30 days), Priority 3 (ICP-fit, no recent visit). Each tier gets a different outreach SLA: Priority 1 = same day, Priority 2 = 48 hours, Priority 3 = weekly queue.
- Dynamic lists update automatically as signals change — no manual maintenance required
- Define lists by criteria, not records — 'all ICP-fit companies that visited in 30 days'
- Build three tiers (80+/50-79/<50 score) with explicit SLA for each tier
- HubSpot Active Lists + Kopimore sync = fully automated dynamic ICP queue
