CRM Routing and Automation

Manually copying visitor data into your CRM is not a workflow — it's a tax on your team's time. This lesson covers how to automate CRM routing so that identified visitors flow into the right rep's queue without anyone touching a keyboard.

The Routing Problem

Without automation, visitor intelligence creates a new manual step: someone has to look at Kopimore, decide who owns the account, find the right record in HubSpot or Salesforce, and log activity. This friction means most teams use only a fraction of the data they're generating.

Automation eliminates this entirely. When configured correctly, Kopimore should feed your CRM like a live funnel — every identified ICP account becomes a CRM record, assigned to the right rep, with visit history logged automatically.

Key Automation Workflows

Auto-create contact/company: When a new company is identified that doesn't exist in your CRM, create the record automatically. Use enrichment data to populate industry, size, and website fields. Apply a custom property tag like "Visitor Intelligence Source" so you can track these separately.

Lead routing by territory: Use Kopimore's routing rules to assign new accounts to the right rep based on industry, geography, or company size. This mirrors your CRM's territory structure so there's no conflict.

Activity logging: Log every visit session as an activity on the CRM record. This gives reps full context before they reach out — without requiring them to check a separate tool.

Sequence enrollment triggers: When a contact at an identified company visits a high-intent page, automatically enroll them in a relevant outreach sequence in HubSpot or Salesloft.

HubSpot Setup

In HubSpot, connect Kopimore via the HubSpot integration in Kopimore settings. You'll configure: which identified companies get synced (use your ICP filter), which pipeline to create deals in, which owner assignment logic to apply, and which custom properties to populate.

Salesforce Setup

For Salesforce, Kopimore creates leads or accounts depending on your preference. Configure lead assignment rules to match your existing territory setup. Kopimore will respect existing Salesforce account ownership — if an account already exists in Salesforce, it won't create a duplicate lead.

Key Takeaways
  • Automate CRM routing or the data will go unused
  • Match Kopimore routing rules to your existing CRM territory structure
  • Log visit activity on CRM records so reps have context before outreach
  • Use sequence enrollment triggers to react to high-intent visits automatically
